Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement, with an approach that always starts on the shop floor.
I am a Production Engineer with over 20 years in process improvement, operations, logistics, maintenance and team leadership. My approach is hands-on: before proposing any solution I go to the shop floor (Gemba), observe the operation, listen to the teams, collect data, identify waste, analyse root causes and only then propose sustainable improvements. Dashboards and indicators are tools; the goal is to improve processes and deliver results.
My methodology
Technology in service of continuous improvement
I use technology to turn data into decisions. I work with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query, Visio, draw.io and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to analyze processes, monitor KPIs, model workflows, identify deviations and support continuous improvement initiatives. Technology complements work on the ground, enabling faster, more objective and well-grounded decisions.
